Our administration fee would still be applicable, to cover the costs of our dedicated team who process all fines received. Yes, we can deliver your vehicle for a small charge. Within a 25 mile radius of any Northgate branch we charge £14.00 per vehicle for Delivery and £14.00 per vehicle for Collection. It is an additional £1.00 per mile after 25 miles.
All vehicles are repaired by body shops that are PAZ 125 and Audatex approved. This is an insurance industry approved standard and all charges will be documented. You will be provided with a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repairs, however, we only charge you for one vehicle when in effect we've provided two.
